“We were immediately intrigued when we heard about the Guanavista Development in Ostional. Intrigue turned into excitement upon meeting the awesome Guanavista team. Their vision, values, and commitment to thoughtfully build this special neighborhood aligned with our priorities & hopes for our future dream home in this special spot of Costa Rica.
Once we visited Guanavista and heard the ocean waves crashing nearby and experienced an Ostional sunset at the future site of the community clubhouse, we were sold. Guanavista is a quiet, pristine, peaceful retreat on the water and in the jungle, yet close to all that Nosara has to offer, providing the best of both worlds. The team’s focus on building consciously, allowing for the community to co-exist with the surrounding wildlife was impressive and important to us.
The amenities were also a huge draw, especially the protected green spaces throughout the development that will provide our family ample experiences for hiking, running, and mountain biking on the Guanavista grounds. Being able to walk a few minutes to both the surf of Ostional and the vital wildlife refuge was another huge draw to this special location.
We also appreciate that the Guanavista team has carefully designed an HOA program that touches on so many areas that are important to us. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to build our home in this special place and look forward to joining the Guanavista community.”
